Our Patient Portal
(As of May 1, 2018 we will no longer be using Practice Fusion for Electronic Health Records. You will need to sign up for accessing the Patient Portal with our new system, TalkEHR. This new system will allow you to login to the Patient Portal with an internet connection or with a mobile app.)
The patient portal enables our patients and their caregivers to have access to different aspects of their health information, including medication lists and upcoming appointments. You can access the portal through the internet or with the mobile app.
To enroll in the patient portal a valid email address or a mobile phone is required to be on file with our office.

No problem. To set up a multiple-access make sure you have listed your email address for all accounts.
