After we have your information we will verify your insurance and then call or email you or your caregiver back to schedule an appointment.

Patients with a Medicare Advantage HMO insurance plan will need to change their primary care physician to Dr. Postigo with their insurance before an appointment can be made.  Once our office has verified your information and our office will get in touch with you and ask you to call your insurance to change the PCP.
